Empowering women to take control of their future fertility.

PreservHer was born from a deeply personal place. In 2019, founder Kimberley Caines made the decision to freeze her eggs at 28 years old – becoming one of the youngest women in Australia to do so for non-medical reasons.

At the time, egg freezing was rarely discussed. There were no roadmaps. No community. No one telling the real story of what it’s like to make such a big decision, alone.

What’s more is, there was no education. Fertility preservation isn’t taught in schools, rarely raised in GP appointments, and too often left out of mainstream conversations about women’s health.

That experience, and the media coverage that followed, made Kimberley realise how many other women were quietly seeking answers too.

She created PreservHer to change the narrative.

This platform exists to educate, support, and empower women with clear, compassionate information about egg freezing and fertility preservation – free from stigma, fear, or pressure.

We’re working to make egg freezing more accessible and affordable for all women – breaking down cost barriers through government lobbying, clinic partnerships, and public awareness.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore your options or ready to take the next step, you deserve the tools to make informed, confident choices about your future.

At PreservHer, we believe that knowledge is power – and that every woman deserves to feel in control of her own timeline.

Kimberley’s work has already helped countless women feel seen, supported, and empowered to take action on their fertility.

I came in confused… and left feeling informed and empowered.
